Please contact Vodafone for a check:
- Is your cable connection fully activated?
- Is the antenna socket on the wall may be defective?
It would be best if a technician came to your home.

Thanks a lot for your reply. There is no problem with my cable connection because I did not have this problem with my old SkyQ receiver. Also as you can see from the picture, the new device also finds all the channels after the screening but I cannot continue with the configuration. I also contacted Vodafone and there is no problem from their side.
it is truly sad because I am a sky customer since more then 8 years and now I'm thinking of canceling my contract if a solution is not found.
