Yes, I tried all these steps several times but it didn't solve the problem. It looks like it correctly find all the channels but it does not allow me to continue forther with the configuration

Work without a hard drive!

Limited operation.

The Q menu is not displayed, right?

Otherwise formatting the hard drive.

 

Press the “Reset” button until the “Bootloader” menu appears.

Press the “Home” button on the remote control until you reach the “Factory reset” point.

 

It still doesn't work?

unfortunately we can't help you. 😞 

 

Please contact Vodafone for a check:
- Is your cable connection fully activated? 
- Is the antenna socket on the wall may be defective?

 

It would be best if a technician came to your home.

Haben wir getestet! Schau mal.

Es funktioniert alles ohne Receiver:

Sendersuche wird nicht abgespeichert, daher hatten wir die Festplatte in Verdacht!

@kosti89 Scheint den Selbsttauschlink nicht "bedienen " zu können.

Hi Sanny,

Thanks a lot for your reply. There is no problem with my cable connection because I did not have this problem with my old SkyQ receiver. Also as you can see from the picture, the new device also finds all the channels after the screening but I cannot continue with the configuration. I also contacted Vodafone and there is no problem from their side.

 

it is truly sad because I am a sky customer since more then 8 years and now I'm thinking of canceling my contract if a solution is not found.
