I don't have any German ID to be submitted for age verification. Can anyone/moderator help me with the procedure for the post-ident verification soon?

Hi,
I have the same problem. I talked to customer service and they told me it takes 5 days until they send me the PostIdent documentation. However, it seems like an awfully long time compared to German customers.
Any other solution other than the 5+ days wait for PostIdent is appreciated.

This is straight discrimination, if they were serious abiut this they would add Idnow supports for any europe Id.
In my opinion a disgrace, in this time to activate through other data. Shame.

Hi I have the same problem -- PLEASE HELP!
I paid, asks me to call customer service if i don´t have a DE passport/ID.
I call Customer Service automated voice that asks me for a customer number but VOILA -- I DON`T HAVE A KUNDENNUMMER OF COURSE....
I really hope someone helps soon because this is frankly ridiculous!

If you do not have a german identity card or passport, a postident procedure must be initiated.
If this has not yet been done and you still want it, please send me following data via private message:
- your full name
- your birthday
- your address
- your phone number and e-mail address
To send me a private message, click on my profile and chose "Nachricht".

Es tut mir leid. Ich lerne Deustsch, aber mein Deutsch ist noch nicht gut.
I tried to register for a DE Sky ticket account but my account has not yet been activated as I am being aksed to verify my age through Postident since I do not have a German Personalausweis (I am a UK citizen).
Although I am learning Deutsch, my level is not yet good enough to handle a telephone call to customer service. Is it possible for me to register for the Postident documentation using this community?
