I just signed up for Sky (paid three months) but I have not received any email or feedback from Sky.  And I do not have German ID or passport for age verification. Could you, please, help me with this issue?

excuse the late response and the problems with Sky Ticket. So that I can help you, please write me your email address in a private message.

I'll then check whether an account is visible for which the post-identification procedure can be initiated.

And so you write to me: Click on my profile and then click on "Nachricht" (Message).
Please note that you'll not be unlocked for the messaging feature until you've logged in and out of the community twice.

Hello @Anuna, excuse the late response, please. I have transferred your post to the thread here.

If you do not have a german identity card or passport, a postident procedure must be initiated.

If this has not yet been done and you still want it, please send me following data via private message:

- your full name
- your birthday
- your address
- your phone number and e-mail address

Have you a german identity card or passport, but the age verification doesn´t work, send me this data an a picture from a official document, from which i can see the date of birth.

To send me a private message, click on my profile and chose "Nachricht".

i tried to register for a sky ticket offer for one month but i don't have a german phone number and for this problem i can't finish my registration.

Hva e some suggestion that help me to solve thi problem?

in order to activate Sky Ticket, the Postident is required.

Please send me your customer number in a private message.

I would like to sign up for a subscription, but I wasn't able to finalize subscription because I don't have a Germany Identity card; I tryed calling customer service, but who answered didn't speak English.
could you please help me on that?

If no contract has yet been concluded, please contact the colleagues from our new customer chat.

I started the contract but I was blocked inthe Identity Card recognition.
I tried with chat but the chatbot didn't understand the problem, so I need to be contacted by someone in order to finalize the contract.

do you use a German passport for verification? If not, a Post-Ident procedure must be initiated for age verification.

It is not a German one...then how can I start a post ident procedure?

In the "Zahlungsart" session, I have only 3 options (none of them is possible) and If I didn't pass that, I cannot proceed.

@locarmen, just to be on the safe side: You have already signed a contract, received an e-mail for ID verification, but cannot register online because you do not have a German passport, right?

 

In this case, the Post-Ident procedure will be initiated automatically if verification has not taken place after a certain period of time.
