I've been trying to install the Sky Q on my TV but after configuring the internet connection a notification appears saying "Sorry, your sky box cannot be started" and a QR code appears to lead you to My Sky Support, how can I fix this?

Hello @ArmandoV,
do you use the Sky Q IPTV box? If yes, then please try the following:
- Sky Q IPTV Box from power
- Press and hold power button (bottom side)
- Reconnect the box, but continue to hold down the button
- LED changes from white to orange/red after about 10 seconds
- Release button
