Cannot watch live tv on sky stick

I have ordered new sky roku stick i cannot see livetv option in skytv where as in mobile app i see livetv option.

sorry for the late reply.

With the Sky Ticket TV Stick you can only watch live content of the Sky Sport or Supersport monthly ticket.

But then how to watch live tv using sky ticket on real TV. Is there another method. I don't like watching live tv on the mobile. That is the main reason on having skyticket even i have Disney adn Netflix.

i'm sorry, but as I wrote to you, you cannot stream live Sky Entertainment or Cinema monthly ticket content via the Sky Ticket TV Stick.
This only works directly via a Smart TV from Samsung or LG.
