SKY Q IPTV app menu in English

Hi, 

I am in germany and ordered the SKY Q IPTV receiver and managed to set it up. I used the einstellungen to set the language and subtitles to English which works for the channels.

How do I change the app language and menu to English ?

Appreciate the help as it is difficult for me to operate the app in german.

unfortunately, the menu of Sky Q can not be changed to English.
