I have been using Vodafone Giga TV for a month now and the free sky packages haven't been activated. I have been to the Vodafone store a number of times and they ensure me sky have been informed of my details.
Have sent private messages on this subject and no one has responded. Can anyone help, missing out on lots of tv over the festive period which i should be able to access
