Hello!
I just bought a Sky ticket to watch Game of Thrones.
I already activated my account, and I can stream some cartoons for kids, it seems that the Skyticket player works fine.
But I have to enter the Kid Protection PIN when I try to stream GOT.
I know the pins, but I cannot enter any numbers on the screen......the four grey blocks are showing nothing whatever I enter.
Is it because I am a new member? I also cannot change anything in my setting at the moment. It says I have to wait for a while.
But How long? and I cannot even find the contact information as well, it also shows the same message to tell me to wait.
It's really frustrating and I am truly grateful if anyone can give me some advice.
