I cannot cancel my sky ticket account

Hi Sky Team,

I tried to cancel my sky ticket subscription for this end of the month, but the sky platform said "Tickets laufen aus zum 21.08.2019"

I dont want to wait until august, I wanna cancel this month. I dont wanna pay for more months.

it seems that the period of validity of your subscription runs for more than the usually one month. I can check it for you in our database. Send me please your customer number, date of birth and address via direct message.

If you have booked a five month ticket, you can not cancel earlier

Sky ticket is a monthly service (with monthly cancel option as per the website marketing said), and i havent book in any option for 5 months...

some people get sky ticket offers for three or five months - reduction min. 50 %

can you please confirm me which i have? 5 or 3months? i click in one offer of  "3 months free of ticket cinema", thinking i can cancel whenever i want.
