Hi, I purchased a monthly entertainment ticket yesterday and I don't get the activation email. I asked the website to resend the email 5 times, I checked spam folder, etc.. I see 4.99 euros were already paid from my bank account.
I don't have a "customer number" so I can't contact you through the website.
