I signed for Sky ticket without problem, but at the end the system asked for an Age verification, which I couldn't do it because I am not a German citizen, already tried contacting the phone number without success.

Sky ticket was already charged from my Paypal account.

How can I start the verification process using a different method?

ich helfe dir gerne weiter. Es muss ein Postident Verfahren durchgeführt werden. Schreibe mir bitte per privater Nachricht deine Kundennummer. Zum Datenschutz benötige ich auch dein Geburtsdatum und den Namen der bei uns hinterlegten Bank. Falls keine angegeben ist, dann die aktuelle Adresse.
