Hello!
My name is Dmitriy! Recently I ordered sky services and was unable to verify my age. I only have an ID which is a blue card. I don't have a national German ID. Then later my friend called the hotline (I don't speak German yet) and they said it's not possible to do it at all without German ID. And that they cancelled my subscription. But I didn't receive any emails with cancellation details.
Could you please help me to understand a couple of things:
1. Has my subscription been really cancelled? If yes, when can I expect the funds to be back on my account?
2. If it wasn't cancelled is there an option to still verify my age? Cause I want to use your services and don't look at other services.

Hello @snp,
please send me your customer number, date of birth and the name of the deposited bank. If you have PayPal as payment method, then send me the current address and for credit card the last 4 digits.
