I know that earlier Sky.de was a Premiere. I know that as a Premiere this company translate F1 in 2007 for the TV.
Say me please what a license uses for old TVrip with F1 by Premiere? Like a GP Brasil 2007 or another 2007-2018 seasons.
I find TVRip on russian torrent forum and i want use it on YouTube channel with my comments. This is free? I can do it without copyright infringement risk. Can anyone say for me where i can find license documents on old videos like it?
