Sky Q freezes

Hello to all,

2 days ago I received my Sky Q (cable setup box) when I'm watching channels everything is fine but when I try watching movies using internet (downloading movies) device freezes and I have to rest it. Clearly there's hardware problem. How can I change my Sky Q ?

I have 250mbps internet connection so I don't have any problem with internet speed.

Box was keep freezing and I request for replacement, then I tried to force update the box and after that it's working fine. I just don't know how to cancel my replacement request?
