I was once a Premier customer, and it was OK, then it became SKY, and the downhill spiriial started, then I left for a few years, came back to SKY and it continues to go downhill--SKY, you really are bad.  Good luck trying to get someone on the phone to help you., all they say is "I can't speak English and you will have to go back to SKY rep where you signed up", and good luck if the same SKY rep is still there and the one that is can speak English to help you, even if you try your German.  Programs keep disappearing, but does the monthly fee  get reduced,...No, it stays the same or it goes up.  Misrepresentation is a common practice of what they offer, what you sign up for and what you actually get.   When my current contract is finish,  I'll be finished with SKY, even if it hurts me to miss Bundesliga.  Telekom may worth a try.
