Skygo Erst Fehler 12000, dann 8006, anschließend Plug-in konnte nicht geladen werden

Hallo zusammen

Ich habe heute mehrmals die Skygo App auf meinem Windows 10, 64 Bit, Version 1803 Rechner installiert. Wenn ich einen Film schauen möchte erhalte ich erst der Fehler PFE 12000. Wenn ich dann nochmal auf Wiedergabe klicke erscheint der Fehler PFE 8006. Nach einem weiteren Click auf Wiedergabe habe ich zwar einen Ton aber kein Bild. Es erscheint nur Plug-in konnte nicht geladen werden.

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen. Habe wie gesagt die App mehrmals installiert und diverse Neustarts durchgeführt.

Das gleiche Problem hab ich auch, aber sowas von exakt das Gleiche.

Sehr interessant ist auch, das die Werbung vor abspielen des Films (3 Anzeigen) abgespielt wird und dannach kommt die Meldung: Plug-In konnte nicht geladen werden !!!!

Komisch das Werbung abspielen geht und dann nichts mehr ?!?!?

Bitte erklärt das mal !!!!

Bekommt man heraus, welches PlugIn nicht zu laden ist, wird irgendwo der Name angegeben? Steht in der Ereignisverwaltung

re. Maustaste auf Win -> Ausführen -> eventvwr -> Administrative Ereignisse

mehr zu dem Fehler?...

Leider nicht. Auch nicht in der Ereignisverwaltung.

Ich habe hier noch was gefunden, bitte mal durchlesen und ggf. probieren

Hier das Wesentliche:

Sky Go Help

Error PFE12000

Follow these steps to try and resolve Error PFE12000 on the Sky Go desktop app:

Make sure the date and time on your device is correct

Windows 7

  1. Select Start, then Control Panel.
  2. Select Clock, Language and Region.
  3. Select Set the time and date.
  4. If needed, change the date, time and time zone.
  5. Select OK, then Change the date, time or number format.
  6. Make sure the Short Date and Long Date are both set to dd/MM/YYYY.
  • Select Clock, Language and Region.
  • If needed, change the date, time and time zone.
  • Select OK, then Change the date, time or number format.
  • Make sure the Short Date and Long Date are both set to dd/MM/YYYY.
  • Select Adjust date / time.
  • If needed, change the date, time and time zone.
  • Under Formats click Change date and time formats.
  • Make sure the Short Date and Long Date are both set to dd/MM/YYYY.

Close Cisco VideoGuard Monitor

  1. On your keyboard, press 'Ctrl', 'Alt' and 'Delete' at the same time to bring up Task Manager.
  2. Select 'CiscoVideoGuardMonitor.exe *32' and then End Process.
  3. Select End Process again.

Uninstall the Sky Go desktop app and the Cisco VideoGuard player

  • Select Programmes and Features or Uninstall a program, then uninstall ‘Cisco VideoGuard Player’ and ‘Sky Go’.
  • Select Programmes and Features or Uninstall a program, then uninstall ‘Cisco VideoGuard Player’ and ‘Sky Go’.

Delete remaining Sky Go and VideoGuard folders

  • Select the View tab, then make sure there’s a tick next to Show hidden files, folders and drives.
  • Select OK.
  • Select (C:) Drive, go to User > [yourusername] > AppData > LocalLow > Cisco > and then delete the 'VideoGuardPlayer' folder.
  • Select (C:) Drive, go to User > [yourusername] > AppData > Roaming > and then delete the 'Sky' and 'Sky Go' folders.
  • Open the Downloads folder, then delete all ‘SkyGoInstaller’ files.
  • Select (C:) Drive then go to User > [yourusername] > AppData > LocalLow > Cisco > then delete the 'VideoGuardPlayer' folder.
  • Select (C:) Drive then go to User > [yourusername] > AppData > Roaming > then delete the 'Sky' and 'Sky Go' folders.
  • Open the Downloads folder, then delete all ‘SkyGoInstaller’ files.

Once you’ve finished, empty all Sky Go and Cisco folders from your Recycle Bin.

Reinstall the Sky Go desktop app

Go to Sky.com and follow the on screen steps to reinstall the Sky Go desktop app.

Habe leider genau das gleiche Problem.

Cisco Video Guard ist das Problem. Eine Lösung habe ich aber dafür auch nicht. Die Lösung kann nur Sky liefern.

Das Problem trifft nur auf mein Notebook auf.

Am PC klappt alles Problemlos

Ich habe genau dasselbe Problem, sowohl auf Win10 als auf Win7. Sämtliche Lösungshinweise helfen nicht.

Bei mir ist auch genau das gleiche Problem.

Alles läuft auf meinem PC ( DAZN, Netflix , Eurosportplayer) nur Sky go nicht mehr seit dem es nur noch eine App gibt.

Ist neben der Sky-App noch ein Webbrowser aktiv? Wurde Gamingsoftware installiert? Habt ihr mal probiert (bitte nur temporär) AV und FW zu deaktiveren?...

Bei mir ist kein Webbrowser aktiv und auch keine Gamingsoftware installiert.

AV und FW hatte ich mal deaktiviert aber Problem besteht weiterhin.

Sky-go über Webbrowser funktionierte über Jahre einwandfrei. Warum wurde das abgeschafft was funktioniert und was Neues eingeführt was nicht funktioniert ?

Am besten wäre es wenn Sky seine Sportrechte an DAZN überträgt, dann könnte ich wieder Sport am PC anschauen.

Ich bin Deiner Meinung trollikatze, vile andere Leidtragende auch. Ich denke, dass sich aber bei Sky Nichts ändern wird. Man wird bei Sky vmtl. damit leben müsen...

Bei mir geht Skygo wieder über Webbrowser !!??

Wie siehts bei Euch aus ? Ist das nur vorübergehend oder hat Sky zurückgerudert ?

Der normale Link wird auf die Sky Bestellseite umgelenkt. Ein anderer Link führt noch zur Browser Version und damit funktioniert Sky Go noch mit dem Browser. Etwas umständlich, aber noch geht es mit dem Browser.

Ich glaube nicht, dass Sky zurück gerudert ist. Dann würde es mit dem normalen Link auch funktionieren. Sky will mit aller Macht dem Kunden die Gurken Desktop App aufs Auge drücken.

Die App aus dem Windows 10 Microsoft Store läuft übrigens auch noch. Dort ruckeln die Streams nicht und das Bild ist genauso scharf wie im Browser. Die Desktop App macht ein leicht unschärferes Bild und die Streams ruckeln.

Can you try this:

Exit Sky Go, End CiscoVideoGuard & Sky Go processes in Task Manager/Activity Monitor then try Sky Go again.

Ich bin wütend, dass diese "Experimentiersoftware" auf die Benutzer losgelassen wird und gleichzeitig alle halbwegs funktionierenden Wege zu gemacht werden. Statt qualifizierter Hilfe und Unterstützung gibt's hier nur Schweigen der Verantwortlichen.

Nochmal: Ich  habe für dieses Produkt bezahlt und erwarte Transparenz bei Fehlersituation und kein Gestochere im Trüben.

Der Nutzer wird zwangsläufig zum Experimenteur gemacht, der in seiner Suche nach Lösungen auch noch von der Geräte Restriktion gestoppt wird.

Es kann sich jeder vorstellen, was ich von diesem "Geschäftsgebaren" halte.

Da gibt es tatsächlich noch Foristen, die mit Sky zufrieden sind. Für mich ist das nur schwer verständlich.

Vielleicht erwarte ich auch zu viel...
