I started the contract but I was blocked inthe Identity Card recognition.
I tried with chat but the chatbot didn't understand the problem, so I need to be contacted by someone in order to finalize the contract.

do you use a German passport for verification? If not, a Post-Ident procedure must be initiated for age verification.

It is not a German one...then how can I start a post ident procedure?
In the "Zahlungsart" session, I have only 3 options (none of them is possible) and If I didn't pass that, I cannot proceed.

@locarmen, just to be on the safe side: You have already signed a contract, received an e-mail for ID verification, but cannot register online because you do not have a German passport, right?
In this case, the Post-Ident procedure will be initiated automatically if verification has not taken place after a certain period of time.
