    Activation email not recieved

      Hi,

       

      I registered for Sky Ticket yesterday, but I never received any confirmation email. Nevertheless, the fee was already taken from my debit card! Now, the money is gone but I cannot access Sky Ticket because my account is not activated. Any ideas of what might be going on?

       

      Also age verification failed as I do not have German identity card.

       

      And, yes, I:

      - checked the spam folder;

      - asked for another confirmation email;

      - confirmed that my email address is properly spelled;

       

      Any help is appreciated!
