Age verification without German passport

I have an issue in age verification, Money deducted from bank account but I can't verify my age as I don't have a German passport.

Pl help or advise how do I get a refund.

I'm in the same situation -- from searching, I found that for non-German passport, you have to use Post-Ident to complete the age verification.
