I registered for Sky Ticket a couple of days ago, but I never received any confirmation email. Nevertheless, the fee was already taken from my credit card! Now, the money is gone but I cannot access Sky Ticket because my account is not activated. Any ideas of what might be going on?
And, yes, I:
- checked the spam folder;
- asked for another confirmation email;
- confirmed that my email address is properly spelled;
Any help is appreciated!
