I suscribed to SkyTicket on March 5, 2019 and paid the 5 Euro monthly fee. I never received an account confirmation email.
After paying I could not confirm my age because I am not a German citizen. I tried calling the hotline but they told me I needed to wait for an account confirmation email and have a customer number. They also cannot find my account via email or phone number. It has been a week now and I have no account on SkyTicket as it seems but have paid the monthly fee.
