I have sent you the details by private e-mail ..
- I have sent back the wrong Receiver - I didn't know which to send back until after I had returned one and then received a letter from Sky. Unfortunately, I guessed wrong!
- So I have an old receiver (S/N 22813007252728) and two Smartcards, neither of which can be "freigeschaltet".
- Perhaps the cleanest solution would be to declare the old receiver "defective", block (deactivate) the two old Smartcards and issue me with a complete new box + Smartcard package that could then be freigeschaltet
- I would then return the old box + Smartcards to Sky using the new packaging and a return label.
How best to proceed?
