      Dear Sky representative,

       

      I gave my kündigung in January, for my abo which should have ended end of February. I admit I was a bit late, 2 weeks and and a few days, and my kündigung was pushed to end of February 2019. Today I checked that the monthly fee I paid was increased to 76.99€ which is way above the previous fee I used to pay. I have been a customer for the past 2 years, since january 2016, so I thought you would be comprehensive about giving me a little slack on the kündidung delay. I am ok with continuing my abo but at the previous fee. Please contact me in return so you can turn me into a happy Sky customer again. Thanks

            The admins here cannot make you any offers. Also it seems, you are too late for a downgrade to the Starter or Entertainment Package, that is only possible before your former contract's end. Sorry.
