I have a communication problem with Sky. I actually have the Sky Entertainment + Cinema Package and I wanted to downgrade to Sky Entertainment only. I sent an email to Sky last week and surprisingly i had a reply today with a confirmation for a new package that i have booked. The problem is that i havent booked nothing new but i wanted just to downgrade my actual contract.
Another problem is that last month i had to pay 9.90 euros more because of a change in my contract (Versandkostenpauschale). The problem is that nothing changed in my contract and i do not understand why and for what i had to pay 9,90 euros.
