    Haven't received the activation mail after a week




      I received the Roku device in three days after placing the order, but its been a week and I don't have the activation mail. I haven't really used the device because I don't have the PIN. I reported the problem the same day, but no response till date.

      I have registered with my credit card and I could see the amount for next subscription has been deducted.


      When I report the problem, I get automatic reply promptly. But I don't get the activation mail even after requesting for 7 times with the same mail Id.


      Can some one help me on this.When I dial the hotline number it gets disconnected.
