Hello can any one help me my skybox is playing up the ton does not match what is happing on the TV ( its lagging behind ) I have twitted sky and asked them on the 30 September to get an engineer to come out and check the box still waiting ?? also the Wi-Fi skybox I got from sky is not connecting and the only thing I got from sky to fix this is new cables and not net cable I need
