can anyone help?

I'm trying watch on my Ipad a movie, unfortunately, i am getting a "Fehler Meldung" that i need to cancel a device as i've registerd more than 5! This isn't the case! What can i do? Thanks. Stewart

However, if you still need support, send me your customer number, date of birth and the name of the specified bank. If you have PayPal as payment method, send me the current address and the last 4 digits for credit card.
