Dear Sky,
I write to notify you that after my first subscription in May 2021 I am yet to access your services on my TV.
Your agent promised to send me a WiFi decoder but to date, nothing has happened. Despite all my effort to call your attention to this problem, getting a solution seems very far, but every month you are deducting my money.
Please I will appreciate it if you can resolve the issue or end the contract.
