Sky shuts down frequent

My Sky Q receiver frequently shuts down by itself and reloads.

very annoying.

it seems to do this only on Sky Sport F1 HD and,in addition,when I change to Sky Sport F1 on UHD.

please help.

Has anyone already helped you with your problem or are you still trying to do anything against it by yourself?

The problem you described, sometimes happens to my Sky Q-Receiver, too. But its independent on which channel I´m watching Sky, when it comes to shutdowns. But I can tell you, that I had picture problems on the channels Sky Sport F1 HD and Sky Sport F1 UHD during the race in Silverstone last weekend, then the Q-Box hung up and I had to restart it.

Do you have any picture problems before it comes to these shut downs?

I had the exact same problems you describe.

in the meantime,  Sky have provided me with a replacement Q receiver and hard disk.

everything is cool now and have no longer any problems.

Mine started doing this 2 weeks ago and didn't do again til today, when I tried to watch amazon prime, then when I tried to watch uhd and then again when I was watching sky sports..

was told to reset and update none of which worked... 

What next?

At the end Sky provided me with a replacement Q receiver and new hard disk.

that did the trick and no problem since.
