I recently bought the sky entertainment ticket for 9.99. I received my account number and pin and I activated my email. when I log in to watch a show under "entertainment", such as game of thrones, it brings me to the product screen to purchase more tickets!!!! I see the entertainment ticket under "my tickets" so why can I not watch anything under entertainment (it's as if sky doesnt see my purchased ticket). Why is it asking me to purchase more tickets? In fact, it will not even let me purchase the entertainment ticket again!
My experience with sky has been so horrible. And to think that I cannot call and most hope someone reads this. In trying to fix this I actually booked a ticket I did not want.
I have an account, I have paid; SKY... when will you do your part!
