Sky Q Mini 46200 Error Code

I am trying to connect my Sky Q mini box to the Sky receiver but am getting the following error message "Du kannst pro Kalendermonat nur ein neues Gerät registrieren. Leider hast du Das Limit für diesel Monat schon erreicht". How can I fix this now and not wait until March? Many thanks. Danke.

The only way is waiting for a mod.......and hoping that a mod will answer before end of february 😉

Problem solved. I logged into my Sky.de account from a web browser and then hit the text chat button. The Sky advisor then asked a few questions to confirm my account details. Ten minutes later, everything was fixed.
