Receiver Sky Q doesn’t recognise smartcard

Hello, I received my first and new Sky Q receiver yesterday and since we have an issue as it is asking for the smart card to be inserted. Problem is that the card is already inserted. Activation of card doesn’t work as I can’t go to the channel 100. And restarting without hard drive (as it says on the support centre) doesn’t help. Anybody with the same problem ? Thanks

Hello, I already received a second receiver but it didn’t solve the problem. I asked support again and a new hard drive is being sent to me. I hope it will work then.
