I have sat and I'm now on this screen see pics and the blue circle on the soyQ box is flashing in and out so I don't know 🤷‍♂️ if it updating or not

Hi,

does the channel scan find any services before 11180 error occurs? If ~1000 channels, make sure the hdd is inserted thoroughly and the smartcard is inserted in the right way. If no channels at all are found, you may have a problem with your satellite signal. Either a short circuit on the f-connector (a shielding wire hits the inner wire) , or the antenna is not correctly installed.

If you find some channels <1000, antenna dish is not directed correctly to satellite, maybe wrong satellite.

Hallo zusammen,

ich Doktore auch schon seit 3 Tagen an dem 11180 Problem an meinem Q-Receiver rum. Netzstecker gezogen, alle Verbindungen getrennt, X mal Reset gemacht, FP raus/rein, SC raus/rein,  diverse Antennenkabel ausprobiert es klappt einfach nicht. Er findet einfach keine Sender und speichert nix ab. So langsam kommt mir der Gedanke das es wohl doch auf ein Hardware Problem hinausläuft. Die zweit Karte mit dem "normalen" Sky Receiver läuft problemlos am selben Kabelanschluss. Kann hier vielleicht ein Mod helfen?

Wenn du das Antennenkabel direkt am TV anschliesst geht alles?

Dein erster Digitalreceiver der am Anschluss nicht geht?

Was ist beim Test rausgekommen?
