I have registered for SkyTicket, have already paid the money and then got re-directed to website where German ID is requested.
This hasn't been mentioned at any point in the process.

I don't care, you can have 5€ but what I want IS TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
This must be illegal to lock people out of accounts and take a subscription from them.
Just CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. Let me know where I can send the details.
