Error card not activated

I tried email, phone, community and Facebook messenger and I still can’t get my card activated !
After having had a lot of problems getting the right functioning equipments and bad attitude of customer service I still haven’t been able to use the Sky Q receiver that I originally ordered a month and half ago !!
Please someone activate my new card.
