[ENGLISH POST] Question about account cancellation and giving back the receiver

Hello sky Community 🙂

 

I really hope to get some support for my situation from you guys 🙂

Back in the time (around 3 years ago I would say) I sign a Sky package to get many channels and also a special price for the TV.

I moved already from one apartment to another one and I am not using Sky since them.
I did the package cancellation but somehow I am still getting 4,99€ from my account every month.

I was checking the sky.de/konto and I realize I have this topic open "Service- und Gerätebereitstellungspauschale". Which means the price for service (??? 🤑 ) and the device which I still have.

 

My question is, how do I do the cancelation of everything and how is the process to give my receiver back? Should I pay something to give it back? Should I fill some form? 

 

Help me 🤓

I apologise for the late reply. If you send the devices to us and the return is visible, the subscription will be terminated. Here everything ist explained: https://www.sky.de/hilfecenter/retoure/retoure-deiner-geraete-1001570 (but is on German).

If there are any questions, I need following information:

- the customer number
- the date of birth
- the name of the deposited bank
(for PayPal: current address and credit card: last 4 digits)
