Ja, alle Mods und viele User können englisch. Daher ist eine Hilfestellung auf englisch kein Problem.

How can i contact one of mods. I think just one of them can help me. I am trying to activate Sky card two days but i get same Fehler every time. Fehler 12010.

Unitymedia / Kabel BW: Smartcard V23 (serial number 0010 ...)
Other provider or Sat: Sky Smartcard V13, V14 or V15 (serial number 30000 ...)
