E-mail from Paigo with payment demands

Hello Sky team,

I have received today an e-mail from a company called Paigo, supposedly on behalf of Sky, demanding a payment.
How can I check this is legitimate and where is this coming from? I have never received any requests from Sky or reminders of late payments.

I have just received the same email - an unexpected demand for payment. This is ridiculous. I do not have a contract with Sky and never received a payment demand for an earlier contract. Who do I write to about this?
