Hi. I received the costumer number and I'm trying to creat the pin so I can access the sky. But I tried many times and I can't and it says that if I keep trying my access will get blocked. What can I do to create my Pin?

For data matching I also need your date of birth and the name of the bank we have on file.
If you've specified PayPal, your address. 
If you pay by credit card, please enter the last four digits of your credit card number.
