Mail address error?

Hello,when I try to login,  I got the message " Unter der angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse wurden mehrere verschiedene Vertragsdaten gefunden. Dies verursacht Probleme in unserem Anmeldungssystem. Bitte melde Dich mit einer gültigen 10-stelligen Kundennummer an." 
I could log in successfully with customer number.

in addition, I cannot log in Sky go app by my Mac.

I don't know these 2 problem are related or not.

Could you please tell me what I should do?

For data matching I also need your date of birth and the name of the bank we have on file. 
If you've used PayPal, your address. 
If you pay by credit card, please enter the last four digits of your credit card number.
