My subscription end date was 01/07/2020. I sent a mail to service@sky.de before 24.00 hrs on 01/07/2020. But the mail was returned with the following message after 1 hour.

But the problem is I sent the mail correctly on time. But that mail id was having a problem or invalid. If it is not canceled I have to pay 70 Euros/month that is a lot considering my Kurzarbeit and my husband job loss and because of all corona situations. Please let me know how anyone can save me from this.
