Trying to watch a channel in a packet I am paying for but receiver says all of a sudden I have to book this channel. Why?

And his can I  contact skip on the phone???

I apologise for the late reply. Can you give me examples of channels you can't watch? In addition, send me your customer number, date of birth and the name of the specified bank. If you have PayPal as payment method, send me the current address and the last 4 digits for credit card. I will then check which Sky packages you have booked.
