Sorry my German is not the best so I write in english. I paid for a new Sky abo and I have been asked to do a Altersverifikation and I chosen the option for International pass on this website but it did not accept the numbers I put and in the end I got the message "Altersverifizierung fehlgeschlagen"
Can someone please help, it's like impossible to get in contact with someone from the Kundenservice!

i will be happy to check your request more closely. Please send me your customer number, date of birth and the last 4 numbers from the IBAN. If you have PayPal as a payment method, then send me the current address and for credit card the last 4 digits.
