I am also having similar issue, I am in Indian passport holder and not able verify online and I can speak German so am not able to call helpline. Is there any alternate way to verify this.
I have Sky Ticket on 6th of March 2020, but couldn't complete age verification process, although a payment for subscription has been taken from my account.
Next day I called the hotline to confirm that I wanted to receive documents for post ident, but since then I haven't received any mails. Could you please help me?
I have registered to sky ticket, but could not verify my age since I do not have a german ID. I tried to do aks for the PostIdent procedure through hotline but it alo did not work for I am still learning deutsch. Is it possible to do the postIdent procedure in any other way?
I have subscribed to Sky Ticket though also can not verify my age due to no German ID and lack of German language skill for the hotline.
Can you advise how I can start the Postident process another way?

Its neccessary to sort this out with help of a Mod.. He`ll be here and help in 1-2 days.
