Contract cancellation support in English

Hi,

 

I have been trying for 2 months now to cancel my sports package, end of August willl be my 1 year aniversary of the package. I do not watch TV anymore, my work and fitness program does not allow it anymore.

 

Can someone please assist on how to cancel in English?

I also need your date of birth and the name of the bank we have on file for data reconciliation. 
If you've specified PayPal or are making the transfer yourself, your full address. 
If you are paying by credit card, please enter the last four digits of the credit card number. 


And this is how you write to me: Click on my name to go to my profile and then on “Nachricht” (Message).
